TRIBE are joining forces with ASICS for one TRIBE Tempo: Sprint & Strength Session every month, lead by fitness instructor Daisy (www.londonmovementspecialist.com) - she's awesome! We go further and faster, together.
THE SESSION (Tuesday 6th November):
6:40pm -> Meet the TRIBE and ASICS crews at ASICS Oxford Street store (there will be a safe place to leave your bags in store)
6:45pm -> The TRIBE team will lead you on a warm up run to Hyde Park
7pm -> Fitness instructor Daisy will be leading a 40 minute session:
There will be 5 minutes of mobility work to begin followed by the main set which will be a combination of sprint and strength work designed to increase your body's aerobic and lactate thresholds for optimal efficiency during high intensity training. We will finish with conditioning work to push your body to its limits whilst it is in a fatigued state and therby send it into a process of adaptation.
7:45pm -> Cool down jog back to base to refuel with TRIBE Bars - the best natural sports nutrition there is!
As always, all abilities are welcome! At TRIBE, we are all about training as a pack and pushing each other to be the very best version of ourselves. We go further and faster, together!
About Daisy:
My love for movement is multi disciplinary. I am currently training as a stunt woman whilst teaching yoga, Calisthenics and training private clients. I am also training for triathlon since I am competing in The World Triathlon Championships as part of Team GB in Australia this coming September. Movement should make us feel stronger, healthier, more energised. Our body's capacity to move is phenomenal yet most of us barely scratch the surface of our potential. Make your body function better so you can get the most out of your life.
