TRIBE x We Are Daybreak Hampstead Heath Trail Run

**TRIBE x WE ARE DAYBREAK TRAIL RUN**

TRIBE have teamed up with the We Are Daybreak run crew for 3 trail running training sessions in the lead up to the TRIBE x Maverick Run Free. Whether you're a trail running pro or a complete beginner, we invite you to escape the city with us, get back to nature, and join us on some stunning trails!

For this second session we will be heading to Hampstead Heath for a 10-12km trail run, including hill work. This will be a social run, focussing on time on feet, and getting used to hills. All abilities welcome!

Trail experts Claudi and Matt from We are Daybreak will be leading the run, and will also be able to answer any trail running related questions you may have.

Distance: 10 - 12km

Location: Hampstead Heath, Parliament Hill Lido Car Park (near Gospel Oak Overground station).

Pace: social pace, which will vary but likely to be around 6min/km or 9.5min/mile.

For those that are joining us for the Maverick Run Free Races (7km, 13km, 22km) on Feb 22nd this will be a great training run for you (Grab one of the last few tickets if you're not signed up yet: https://maverick-collab.com/races/maverick-x-tribe-run-free-2020)!

**TIMINGS**

10:00am: meet the TRIBE and We are Daybreak running crews at Parliament Hill Lido.

10:15am: time to head to the trails as one crew!

12:00pm: refuel with TRIBE bars and beers at a pub in Hampstead Heath.

**PLEASE NOTE**

There will NOT be an option for bag drop so please only bring what you will be running with. We suggest running with a small running bag, for water, snacks, and any extra layers needed before/after the run.
