TRIBE Trail Weekend | Seven Sisters

We are planning a TRIBE Autumn weekend running along the South Downs Way from Eastbourne to Plumpton. It's an epic route taking in the Seven Sisters, stunning coastline / trails and lots of great views. (Lots of runners will be hiking lots of the route if you aren't quite fit enough for a 2-day-er)

ITINERARY:
Saturday:
07.54 - 09.17: Train from London Victoria to Eastbourne
09.30: ~ 20 Miles from Eastbourne - YHA South Downs (2,600 ft of elevation!)
12:00: Mid-way stop for drinks and TRIBE nutrition
15:00 Arrive at YHA hostel in South Downs
19:00 - 21:00: Team pub supper

Sunday:
08:15: Breakfast @ YHA South Downs
09:30: ~12 Miles from YHA South Downs - Plumpton
12:00: Pub lunch in Plumpton
14:32: Train from Plumpton -> London Victoria

Please note that this is a fully self-supported run/hike, and you will need to carry everything with you for the 2 days and 1 night.

Cost is £40 and includes Accommodation & Breakfast. Cost excludes Food and Drink at the hotel and your return train journey.

We will be almost exclusively running on the South Downs trails, and the pace will be approximately 10 min/mile. We will try and run as a pack. However we expect everyone will naturally be different speeds, so small groups may form (all paces welcome)
