It's time to ramp up your training regime after the summer months.
TRIBE are here to help you get fit, active & smash your training goals this autumn. We have developed a 3-month workout plan for you to fit in to your weekly training regime to help you hit targets & measure improvements.
WE'RE KICKING THINGS OFF WITH CARDIO WEEK:
The session:
-> Jog to Haggerston Park as a pack
-> Shuttle sprints in partners
-> HIIT drills
-> 1-minute challenge
-> Refuel back at base with TRIBE bars!

5th: TRIBE Tempo Cardio
12th: 6km Run & Yoga
19th: TRIBE Tempo Strength
26th: Tempo Takeover with Full Potential running coach
