The TRIBE community are bold, fearless and push their limits.
We are challenging you to incorporate one TRIBE training session in to your weekly training routine, helping you explore the everyday, get fitter, stronger and more active... with the TRIBE community alongside you. We go further and faster, together.
Each week we will be led by Ben Wood, personal trainer and trail running expert! This week is the monthly TRIBE Time Trial (with prizes up for grabs)!
What will the session involve?
A timed mile - just you against the clock. This is a great way to track your progress and prepare for races. There are prizes for the fastest Male and Female each month, and the TRIBE award for effort! We make sure we are all warmed up and ready to go then we set off on a fast mile loop together. Cheering included!
The TRIBE Run Club will follow the following rotations each month:
Week 1 - Speed w/ Strength & Conditioning
Week 2 - Fartlek Interval Training
Week 3 - The TRIBE Time Trial (win monthly prizes!)
Week 4 - Social 5km
The PLAN:
6:40pm: Meet the TRIBE team + Ben at TRIBE HQ in The Tea Building, Shoreditch (entrance opposite Box Park on Bethnal Green Road)
6:45pm: We will run together at an easy pace to a local East London park ready to warm up before the Time Trial! We will cheer everyone over the line before cooling down on the way back to TRIBE HQ.
7:35pm: Cool down + stretches back at base
7:40pm -> Refuel at TRIBE HQ with TRIBE Protein Bars (the best natural performance nutrition there is)!
As always, all abilities are welcome! At TRIBE, we are all about training as a pack and pushing each other to be the very best version of ourselves. We go further and faster, together!
