The Say Yes Club x TRIBE Run For Love Takeover

Join The Say Yes Club and Team TRIBE for a social 5km (run, jog, walk - do what you like!), a panel discussion about our upcoming multistage challenge in Namibia and an adventure prize draw!

Start Location and Time: London Fields, 6:15pm

The exact starting point can be found on Google Maps here:

Distance: 5km
Set-off times: You have three options based on your energy levels that day...

  • Wave One 'Chill Vibe' - 6:30pm (between 50 mins - 1 hr): This will be a walk and you can volunteer to carry the trekking rucksacks (which will contain the bag drop!) if you have the extra effect of hiking!
  • Wave Two 'Push Vibe' - 6:45pm (between 40-50 mins): Fancy getting a little wiggle on, maybe a couple of walking moments with a nice gentle jog.
  • Wave Three 'Party Vibe' - 7:00pm (around 30 mins): Got some additional energy you want to burn? Run and enjoy the party!

Every wave will have a pacer at the front and at the back. No one will get left behind and we will all come in together.

Finishing at a local pub (The Brewhouse, Highbury & Islington) for a team social and a panel discussion to chat about our upcoming multi-stage challenge, Run For Love Namibia

WHAT IS RUN FOR LOVE?

Run for Love Namibia will be 225km running through the epic Namib wilderness. Runners will start at Cape Cross on the Skeleton Coast and run across the Namib desert, through the breath-taking savannah of the Damaraland, and finishing in the mountain trails in and around Mount Brandberg (Namibia's highest mountain), camping every night under the stars.

Runners will push their limits every day as part of a TRIBE to fight modern slavery and human trafficking.

Last year, 60 runners completed a formidable and unforgettable journey (225km!) along the High Coast of Sweden as part of Run For Love 5. Watch this video

Are you in? Say YES.
